Best ride(s) of the week: Sat solo 38 miles ( cold + head winds - uggghh) + Sunday 32 mile road ride with Don then rock climbing - MAN I'm sore - but it feels GOOD !!!
Other: Stretched + Core strenght workouts 10x this week- I est. 7 hours this week.
Notes: Only 1 walk this week .75 Hours Total - Slight right knee pain for just over a week- lowered seat post 1/4 " last Sunday night. Update this issue in one week. Seems better this week !!
