Training week 3/24/08 - 3/30/08

Number of Bike rides: 6 road bike rides outside.
Riding time: 8.5 hours / 132.5 miles .........
Best ride(s) of the week: Sat solo 38 miles ( cold + head winds - uggghh) + Sunday 32 mile road ride with Don then rock climbing - MAN I'm sore - but it feels GOOD !!!
Other: Stretched + Core strenght workouts 10x this week- I est. 7 hours this week.
Notes: Only 1 walk this week .75 Hours Total - Slight right knee pain for just over a week- lowered seat post 1/4 " last Sunday night. Update this issue in one week. Seems better this week !!
Weight: Low for this week - 155.4#
TOTAL EXERCISE THIS WEEK: 8.5 Hours Bike, Walk.75 hours, , Stretch 7 hours - Total Hours = 16.25

Riding time: 8.5 hours / 108 miles .........
Best ride(s) of the week: Sat ride with Keith 50 miles 17.8 MPH average, First big ride of the year.
Other: Stretched + Core strenght workout 7x this week- I est. 6 hours this week.
Notes: Only 1 walk this week .75 Hours Total - Slight right knee pain for just over a week- lowered seat post 1/4 " Sunday night. Update this issue in one week.
Weight: Low for this week - 154.8#

Riding time: 8 hours .........
Best ride(s) of the week: Tuesday ride from work 20 miles - hardest I pushed to date with reserve power !!
Other: Stretched 7x this week- this is a huge amount of hours per week - Its now routine just a regular part of every day -- I est. 6 hours this week.
Notes: 2 walks 1.5 Hours Total - Plus Dance non-stop @ SAT wedding 3 hours.
Weight: Low for week - 156.2
TOTAL EXERCISE THIS WEEK: 8.0 Hours Bike, Walk1.5 hours, Dance 3 hrs, Stretch 6 hours - Total Hours = 18.5

Best ride(s) of the week: Monday ride with Keith splashing along 32 miles + Ride from work Wed dry + warm 20 miles !!!

Notes: 2 walks 1.5 Hours Total - Plus Rock Climb night @ GYM 2 hours
